Anambra-state born beautiful Chioma Nora Ndulue, a part three linguistics and communications studies student of University of Port Harcourt beat other beauty hopefuls to win the 2014 Adandiigbo - Most beautiful Igbo Girl cultural Pageant which held in Port Harcourt over the weekend. And i honestly don't think she is the most beautiful girl in her father's house, unless its based on other things.
